It is quite good , a bit light , i might have to glue it to heavier base .
Cats kept jumping into ot while i assembled it it might have something sprayed on it to attract the cats . They wdnt crazy about it . Everything deemed oversize is slow shipping

Cat really loves it, the only way to make it better would be if it had internal pathway holes to move from level to level, otherwise it's actually really great and high value for money. cat felt so cosy and secure at first she didn't realize there was more to it than the bottom compartment, but when she found the "penthouse" compartment, she just blissed right out toying with the hanging toy , really just so cute. definitely your cat would really love this cat condo.

My cats love it.
I zip-tied the back and it seems pretty sturdy.
The shelves, if properly fitted, can hold 5+ kg.
The material seems to be of excellent quality.
Easy to assemble, although it does require a bit of strength. Very happy with my purchase.
